Citizens Should Lead UFO Research, Not Rely on Gov't \Disclosure\
Simon Holland says government agencies have long dismissed UFO sightings as \flying saucers\ to discourage inquiry. He believes during the Cold War, calling something a flying saucer was an easy way to silence witnesses.
